Hahn oversaw all systems design and construction management as the Systems Program Manager. The APM serves as the gateway to the new South Terminal Project with facilities for Florida Brightline Rail, Future Light Rail and the Automatic People Mover that connects the North and South Terminals at the airport. The project also included the first phase of the new parking garage as well as a Passenger Drop Off Lobby. Many of the systems included Owner Furnished Equipment and extensions of existing systems. Neil Hahn was the project manager for the Audio Contractor on the stadium for the original Public Address System installation. Coors Field is one of the only stereo stadiums in the world with every other speaker cabinet on a separate feed for fire redundancy. Hahn has provided upgrades and designs for the Public Address System almost 20 years. This was just one of the systems that Hahn oversaw while providing Owner Authorized Representative services for the project. The project updated the ticket lobbies of the North Terminal at the airport. All IT, Security, Life Safety and network systems were replaced and it included a complete new communication room predecessor project to prepare the airport for the transition. Hahn was involved in all aspects including support of the custom content that makes these large video walls a vital tool for the branding of the airlines as well as brand new digital wayfinding signage.https://hahnisc.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/4-OIA-Video-Wall.webp - [Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility RTD](https://hahnisc.com/portfolio/commuter-rail-maintenance-facility-rtd/): Hahn was on the team that designed this 30 acre facility for maintaining the RTD commuter rail trains in Denver. Hahn worked in conjunction with Dyna Electric and SSG to provide special systems designs for this unique building. Included is a distributed PA system and network cabling to the machinery that does all the heavy lifting and maintenance tasks. Built in 2016, this was the first Gold LEED CRMF in the US. This is an award winning project. This fast-paced project proved challenging as the room served as a classroom, a meeting room and an auditorium. The systems control microphones and technology connections for each student, video and audio conferencing, and cameras positioned for automatic interaction with the various audiences. The system design needed to be easy to operate, yet flexible for all of the stakeholders’ needs. Overall, it was a very innovative project in an amazing building. This is a small piece of the NARTP campus that is leading the way as a full-service Aerospace hub that supports research and development for the Aerospace industry. Hahn was honored to be asked to design this system and be involved in the project with an excellent team.
